Slovak Association of Corporete  Treasurers (SAF) was the first treasury association in post-communist Europe. It enforces communication among treasury professionals, banks, and academics, deals with definition of corporate treasurers' position roles and recommends the best solutions in cash and treasury management. SAF publishes a quarterly journal: Financial Manager. In 2003 SAF was the host association of IGTA annual conference. Membership is approx. 200.
